We offer teacher trainings at the 100 & 200 hour levels.
The 200 hour level is the most popular offering as it’s the minimum for working at most corporate gyms and studios. Learn more here.
100 hour is the best value and a great introduction to yoga, without the emphasis on learning how to teach it. Read more here.
The 300 and 500 hour programs are for advanced yogis. Because these programs are designed based on your individual circumstances there is no comparison in the world. You will truly get a custom experience. The teachings here will depend on what you want and need to learn to get you where you want to be. Get more info here.
Additionally, we offer retreats for those yogis who want to be surrounded by like-minded people on a spiritual journey – but may not have the time or desire to join a traditional teacher training. Yoga retreat packages vary, but all programs allow you to attend two physical yoga classes per day – except Sundays. Each class is 90 minutes. Depending on if we have a training going on at the time of your retreat we also allow you to attend any of those classes, as well. That means you can learn with our teacher trainers. Classes may focus on meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy, mantra, chanting, nidra (relaxation), etc.
For retreats only: You can choose to buy food through us, or not. Most do since we recommend adhering to a yogic diet. We provide delicious, healthy, and yogic food. Because the program is quite physical we ensure adequate amounts of protein with each meal and offer vegan alternatives, too. Finally, meal times serve as additional bonding moments with the students and instructors.

We offer drop-in classes in the early morning and early afternoons, every day except Sunday. We do not mix our drop-in classes with any teacher trainings that occur. The learnings that occur for all parties – teacher trainers, drop-ins, and instructors – are invaluable. See our locations page here for the most current drop-in schedule.
