How to Take This Course

When it’s time to “do yoga” in the course, choose from one of these options:

Yoga Asana – Hatha at the Beach (30 minutes)

Yoga Asana – Stabilizing Routine (30 minutes)

Yoga Asana – Yin (75 minutes)

Yoga Asana – Hatha Sivananda (75 minutes)

Yoga Asana – Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series 1 (Modified)

Yoga Asana – Yin Foam Rolling No Commentary Self Practice (43 minutes)

Yoga Asana – Ashtanga Vinyasa Series 1 (Modified, fast, more difficult)
