100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

Shanti Yoga School - Om Beach - India - 100 hour yoga teacher training graduation

Who is this for?

If you want to deepen your own yoga practice but not necessarily teach, this program may be for you.

The 100-hour yoga teacher training course is for you if you want a deeper understanding of yoga and have 11 days time to dedicate to learning. This course is perfect for beginners though advanced yoga practitioners can learn something, too.

The main differences between this program and others:

– 100 hours of training is delivered over 11 days, which is enough time to delve deep into the true meaning of yoga without creating too large an impact on your home and work life.

– There is some emphasis on teaching you how to run group classes, but not as much as our other programs. If you want to deepen your own yoga practice but not necessarily teach, this program may be for you.

"True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; yoga is to be lived. Yoga doesn’t care about what you have been; yoga cares about the person you are becoming. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied." - Aadil Palkhivala
